David is passionate about management and ensuring Emerald Foods operates at its very best. After graduating with a Bachelor of Management Studies from Waikato University, David spent 21 years in Europe, working for the consultancy arm of the prestigious Cranfield School of Management and several European multinationals including Tetra Pak. David oversees Emerald Foods’ franchise networks, retail outlets and key channels including cruise ships.
