Emerald Foods is able to offer private brand manufacturing solutions both domestically and internationally. Currently servicing more than 30 countries around the world, Emerald Foods has the expertise and logistical ability to produce and supply premium ice cream, frozen yoghurt and sorbets in a range of size formats from 125ml to 16L. Our wide range of tub sizes caters to the needs of importers, grocery, hotel, restaurant and parlor chains as well as distributors around the world.

Emerald prides itself on designing and producing private brand products that are "food-safe" and that meet your customers taste and technical requirements. Like all our products, our private brand products are made from locally sourced New Zealand dairy products.

Customers and consumers can rest assured that Emerald Foods does not and will not knowingly use any GMO ingredients in our ice cream and that all our dairy comes from herds that are free from Bovine Growth Hormone and Estrogen.
